I read from article Q235536 that task scheduler is an add-on to IE and is a component of the Offline Browsing Pack. When I ran setup again to be able to ensure that the component was installed, it was already installed.

I was thinking about using the AT scheduler. but the AT scheduler syntax doesn't seem to allow a person to run something ever 5 minutes.
